My son decided on the Special Forces Party over a pool party this year. It was a great hit. We had the kids wear green or camouflage, and painted their faces upon arrival to the party. My husband also dressed up and became the drill sergeant. We had so much fun with games, we barely had time for the rest of the party. We didn't even get to the birthday cake before the parents came to get the kids. We had one child not take his face paint or his army helmet off until bedtime that night. I ordered the tank piñata and other army products from this site. I searched high and low and could not find this theme at any store. I only wish that you sold plastic helmets. I had to order them elsewhere. But everything looks great and my son is so excited!!! We will paint faces and have basic training. We'll even have a mess tent for the cake! I sent out recruiting type invitations and parents loved it! And the cake idea on this site is so cute! We are going to have a great time.
